Refunds & Returns
Exchange/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date the product was dispatched. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 day period will be taken from the date your order was dispatched. 

If in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase then please email us with your order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging, unworn and as new with all tags still attached.

Any items you wish to return are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and obtaining proof of postage.

We are unable to cover return shipping costs should you wish to make an exchange the cost of shipping the exchanged item back will fall with yourself not the company.

Please note: If you return an item for refund outside of the 14 day returns period we will not process a refund as it falls outside of our policy. In this instance the item will only be returned to you should you pay for the re postage and re packing of the item to be sent back to you. Madison Kohl will not incur further charges on the companies behalf for re-postage of the item in this case.   

Once your item has been returned it will be checked by a member of staff and if terms and conditions have been met a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow 5 working days for a refund to be processed and a further 3 days for it to show in your account.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

As we offer free UK shipping as a delivery option any returns for a refund will be refunded minus the delivery cost, If product is as ordered, without fault. We will have to charge the delivery cost in order to cover our costs. Therefore any return for a straight refund will be charged at £5 per parcel. So for example if you return 1 parcel for refund then your refund will be minus £5 to cover the initial postage fee.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Washing items:

All items are to be washed by turning the garment inside out and washing on a DELICATE WASH setting only. DO NOT TUMBLE-DRY any of our items and no items to be washed in anyway other than instructed by the terms in this section. This will ensure your garment is maintained in its best condition. No refunds or exchanges will be given for any worn or washed garments.
