Refunds & Returns
Refunds or exchanges will be granted up to 14 days from the date your product was delivered. If 14 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 day period will be taken from the date your order was delivered to you by our courier.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging, unworn as new with the swing-tags still attached. You do not need a returns label simply return your item with the original invoice inside stating what action you would like us to take be it refund or exchange.
Please be careful when trying our products on for size as not to leave any marks on the product as we will not be able to accept items returned if they are marked or stained.
PLEASE NOTE: ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN WORN OR HAD SWING TAGS REMOVED WILL NOT BE REFUNDED/EXCHANGED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Please check your item thoroughly upon receipt before wear to ensure it is suitable for you needs.
Any items you wish to return are at your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. We suggest using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the item(s) and please obtain a proof of postage as lost in post items will not be compensated for.
If you are wanting an exchange then we will cover the postage of returning the item back to you free of charge.
Please note: If you return an item for refund outside of the 14 day returns period we will not process a refund as it falls outside of our policy. The item will be returned to you.
Once your item has been returned it will be checked by a member of staff and if terms and conditions have been met then a refund or exchange will be processed. Please allow 7 working days for a refund to be processed and a further 3 days for it to show in your account. Although we aim to do this immediately.
PLEASE NOTE: SALE ITEMS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED.
A polite request: Please fold returned items neatly before sending them back to us. Items returned within the 14 days from delivery will be issued with a full refund or exchange as per your request.
