TRACKING YOUR PARCEL
Once your order has left us and is with Royal Mail, they will contact you via SMS and/or email to let you know when to expect the delivery along with your tracking details.
Refunds & Returns
Exchange/refunds will be granted up to 14 days from the date the product was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The 14 day period will be taken from the date your order was delivered to your address.
Any item returned wishing a refund that was subject to Free Shipping will be refunded minus a standard shipping cost of £3.50 to cover the original postage.
